Garbage Plate Special

This was made for the getViral contest at RIT. The goal of this project was to make a viral piece that included RIT in some way. My partner and I decided to make an interactive project based entirely on aspects of RIT. One of these was the garbage plate, a unique dish served on campus that I had never heard of prior to coming to RIT, wherein a plate of fries and macaroni is adorned with a hamburger or hot dog sans bun with spicy meat sauce poured over the top. Another aspect was the new RIT president Dr.Destler and our mascot, Richie.

These came togeather to make a launching game. My partner did the graphics and animations while I programmed the Actionsript and Html. This piece came in second place in the interactive division of the getViral contest.

Arctic Spirit

This was a group project where we created futuristic items and then made a product site for them. My group made a refrigerator that could do everything from tell you the exact contents of the inside to look up recipes based on what was in the fridge to making up grocery lists.

Podcasting Blog

In this project I created a blog using php which linked to a database to save the blog entries, make the trivia quiz, and to log in users. I also pulled data from rss feeds using cronjobs.

Multiplayer Hex

This game uses the Smart Fox Server to facilitate online multiuser play of the game Hex. Open the game in two windows to see it run.
